Terms of use
Last updated: November 4, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Kybera Technologies Inc. (“Kybera”, “we”). They apply to this website and to Kybera products, including the Kybera IMpact app in Microsoft Teams and SharePoint. By using them, you agree to these terms.
Kybera products
Kybera IMpact and our other products are licensed to organisations under a licence agreement with Kybera. That agreement sets out what your organisation may do with the product, along with its support, warranties and liability. If anything in these terms conflicts with your organisation’s licence agreement, the licence agreement applies.
You may use a Kybera product only through an organisation that holds a valid licence for it, and only as that organisation allows. Do not copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute the product except as the licence agreement or the law permits.
Kybera products run in your organisation’s Microsoft 365 tenant and Azure subscription. Your use of Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint and Azure is also subject to your organisation’s agreements with Microsoft.
